Durlon Gaskets and Sheets
Durlon Economy Compressed Gaskets and Sheets
Manufactured to the highest standards, our Durlon® economy compressed sheet gasket materials are used for general purpose applications. Durlon® materials outperform other traditional economy sheets with their compressibility, recovery, and ability to maintain a tight seal across a wide range of applications.
This superior sealability is proven to significantly lower emission levels, while the homogeneity and consistency of ingredients provides for improved handling. All full-sized economy sheets are date-coded and quality assurance traceable.

Durlon Premium Compressed Gaskets and Sheets
Durlon® compressed gasket materials are high-density products that contain the most homogeneous combination of minerals, elastomers, and synthetic fibers. They possess excellent flexibility and recovery that prevents the material from breaking during cutting and installation, and guarantees a tight seal during thermal cycling. An anti-stick coating is applied to both sides of all gaskets to allow for easy installation and removal.
Durlon® 8300
This is a multi-service, high strength carbon and NBR gasket sheet. Specifically designed for use in applications that are commonly found in the chemical processing and power generation industries, Durlon® 8300 has very good chemical resistance, and is designed to handle both elevated temperatures and pressures. It can resist oils, water, alkalis, mild acids, and solvents. Additionally, Durlon® 8300 maintains excellent sealability during thermal cycling, even in the presence of steam, hot oil, aliphatic hydrocarbons, natural gas, gasoline, solvents, inert gases, mild alkalis, and acids.

Durlon® 8500
This gasket is known as a general-purpose “workhorse” material. It is made of a unique blend of high strength aramid and inorganic fibers that make it an excellent gasket in applications where pressure and temperature cycling cause lesser quality gaskets to fail. Durlon® 8500 gaskets passed a modified API 607 fire test in an independent laboratory and provide superior sealing in cycling applications that involve hot oils and steam. They have also passed HVAC service fitness and compatibility tests for most next generation refrigerants and lubricants.
